To ask if there is any bra type garment I would find comfortable to wear

I’ve never been a fan of bras but as I’ve got older I’ve found them increasingly uncomfortable. I even got professionally measured to make sure I wasn’t just wearing the wrong size bra. I switched to bralette type but I either find them no support at all, or they make my shoulders feel uncomfortable
i actually go bra less for the most part which is ok but not comfortable if I want to do any exercise involving more movement than walking or cleaning
has anyone found anything comfortable to wear ? Please help

The only bras I find comfortable are Triumph Doreen - they're not wired but still give good support.

I wear a Freya Deco. Very comfortable.

I had similar issues and landed on a completely wire free, super thin, near invisible one from Wolford. It's not cheap but for the comfort, it's worth it.

Google the zero feel bra

Abitorangelooking · 18/05/2024 22:44

Triumph smart bra? It’s sort of a cross between a bralet and a sports bra. It doesn’t use traditional sizes though it’s 1-5 but it’s easy enough to work out from the size guide. I also find wired bras really Uncomfortable nowadays but these are fine.

I like Sloggi zero feel. If I absolutely have to do some vigorous exercise I do have a couple of sports bras, but I'm rather lazy so the Sloggi ones are fine 95% of the time.

It really depends whether you're a 32B or a 38E. Not every suggestion will work for both extremes. Have you been to a shop and tried anything? There's bralettes, sport bras, full cup padded things and you'll only know what's right by trying a few on

Molke

Those zero feel sloggi look promising ! Not cheap but definitely not super expensive
have ordered one so 🤞 it will be my new go to !
thanks to those who posted suggestions 🙏

Since having children I can't cope with bras for some reason, but am around a 34c so need something. I wear those stretchy seamless crop tops. They have wider straps than bralettes and more coverage therefore better support. Widely available in supermarkets!

sososotocvfgft · 19/05/2024 00:32

I'm the opposite, I can't be without one.

I guess it depends massively on your boob size. I'd love to go bra-free, but ain't gonna happen.

bridgetreilly · 19/05/2024 00:46

What sort of size and shape are you?

Stibble · 19/05/2024 00:51

Uniqlo have some underwear that might work for you. I have a sloggi zero feel and it’s ok pretty much when braless would be ok, no real added support or nipple coverage. I’ve got a uniqlo camisole with built in bra that is just as comfy but also gives some support and coverage. I’ve tried on some of their other bra type garments and thought they seemed good but haven’t got any others yet.
