Ordered UTI meds with 24h tracking last night and got a ‘sorry we missed you’ email. I’ve been here in agony all day and now I have to wait until some time tomorrow. Couldn’t even send a customer service message as they decided I wasn’t human.

I think unfortunately tracked 24 is just the name. They don't guarantee to deliver within 24 hours
