To want to watch Bluey even though my kids are in bed?

Just been scrolling and seen that a new longer episode has been released. I love Bluey anyway but my children are in bed, WIBU to watch it now?

I watched the new one this morning even though the kids were at dads. Be warned, you’re going to cry. A lot.

Do it! When the new season 3 episodes came out I watched all of them by myself and then had to pretend I hadn't seen them when I watched the next day with DS and DH... I'm a good actress they still have no idea.

Make sure you have tissues for the special though, it's an emotional rollercoaster.

My neighbour is in her 70s with no children, she absolutely loves Bluey and watches it often!! I can hear her laughing if her windows are open 🤣

All of the above! Honestly not sure why we expected any different, if the 7 minute episodes can make you laugh, cry and re-evaluate your life choices then the 28 minute special will do all of that x4. 😂

I don’t think you’ll quite need to book a therapist for the morning, but those last 5 minutes certainly are one hell of an emotional rollercoaster. That’s after the first 25 minutes of quite a lot of ups and downs.

I would say be careful if you have sensitive children who want to watch it. My eldest was inconsolable 😬.

The best kids programme ever in recent years! Funny and thought provoking without being twee and irritating. Sooooo good

The camping episode with the little French dog makes me cry every time, although I do think they missed a trick. Here me out, it's sort of long to type, sorry and <<spoiler alert but old episode>>:

They don't understand each others languages but that's fine they are still happy playing together. At the end, when Bluey is sat under their tree and Jean-Luc says "hello Bluey", Bluey should have replied "Bonjour, Jean-Luc" instead of responding in English. Because then it would be like they had both learnt each others language just on the off chance they ever met again. That's how it really ends in my head 🤣

Ive just suggested to DH that we watch it and he’s just laughed at me, apparently Jeremy Vine was discussing it the other day so I can’t be that unreasonable
