I'll start

Leftover chicken reheated in passata, served with rice and mixed frozen veg

I'm a fan of the yoghurt and flour dough too. I use them for wraps and pizza bases. Make tomato sauce with garlic, passata, herbs, seasoning, add cheese

Potato wedges and spiced chicken drumsticks or any chicken pieces. I use salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, chilli flakes and olive oil)
With veg

Stir fried rice. Anything around goes in. I do add soy sauce. I'm not sure if that is upf or not.

Any homemade curry and rice.

Spaghetti bolognese.

Simple roast dinner

Surely premade filled pasta is UPF?

These are the ingredients in it. Maybe some wouldn’t be happy with the citric acid in the ricotta? But generally I think it’s pretty good for a 5 min meal. We probably have it every other week.

Fair enough, looking at those, I'd call it processed and fine for me!

It's not Thomas spaghetti shapes in a tin, but maybe I should look at their ingredients and ii before I judge!
