Yes thank you I just saw a few reviews on drugs.com that said it nearly killed them and it scared me but think it may be due to taking with other drugs and having serotonin syndrome

Remember though that there's a real bias to those sites - people without any serious side effects (which is the much much larger group) are unlikely to post. I hope they help you. I've been on other antidepressants for a long time and they've really helped Mr.

I have taken this for over 10 years, absolutely no problems. ANY drug can be fatal to someone somewhere , there will always be risk with medication but for the vast, vast majority the benefits are far higher.

Same, it works well for me. I've been on 90 but now on 20 and have been on it for years.

Ahhh, I've been on many antidepressants,
I had 2 nearly fatal overdoses - one in 2020 and I was in a coma for 6 weeks - mild qpermanent damage
One in 2023 which left me bed bound for 6 months (in ICU for 8.5 weeks)
Was on paroxetine over the both overdoses but was switched to duloxetine 60mg on the 2023 overdose and it has changed my life!!
It helps with my nerves damage but my mood has been much better. The only side affect is if I don't take it at the same time every day I get withdrawals.

I've been on Duloxetine for 4 years, no issues unless I forget to take a dose, it's massively reduced my intrusive thoughts & suicidal ideation, & provided moderate relief from anxiety & fibro pain.

I can't say I've noticed any reduction in libido or ability to climax either, Seroxat was much worse IME.

After years of having to try different meds that mostly did bugger all it's been a lifeasaver for me.

So happy to hear you are feeling better. Mine was introduced for nerve pain too - hallelujah! You sound a bit like me forgetting to take doses, but I've found the withdrawal effects from are far less than Venlafaxine. I'm on 60mg too but 2 separate doses daily. I have one of those med boxes with all my meds in. If course, I forget about that too! But when I remember, which is usually then life is good 💕 even my adult son commented on how good I looked and seemed. I don't think he's ever noticed so much as a haircut unless it was in crisis and I shaved it off 🤣🙄
