To go to bed earlier and get up earlier

I’m looking for some advice on this. I was just putting then bins back in and I had my neighbour walk over to me, requesting we go to bed earlier as their kids arent going to bed because they are pointing out our lights in our house on late at night so using that as an excuse not to go to bed wgen asked too. They are also seeing our curtains closed sometimes like today as its bank holiday I was in bed until 1am which I do do sometimes as im currently looking for work. I don’t want people to not be sleeping (especially kids) because of something I am doing.

Their parenting of their children is their job, nothing to do with anything outside their 4 walls.... omg the entitlement of some people

If they mention it again, just shrug and say you're into swinging.

Do they go to bed at the same time as thier children? It’s insane. Do you also have to eat your vegetables, pick up your toys and not sweat too?
