What else can I do with an education degree

I'm currently 2 years into a 3 year degree where I will be a qualified primary teacher with QTS at the end. Unfortunately the longer I work in schools and the further I go into the degree and talk to teachers, the less passionate I feel about the idea of teaching. It seems like so many teachers hate it.
I'm not saying I won't try to teach but is there anything else I could do with my degree if I decide teaching isn't for me?
I will have a BA (Hons) in Primary Education.

Education publishing always love having ex teachers who are familiar with the curriculum. It's in a lot of the job desirable/essential attributes for candidates.

Potentially work in education publishing? It’s competitive to get into but worth a try?

school admissions for the council?

Look at professional service jobs in HE e.g Employability Advisor, Disability Officer. You can find these on jobs.ac.uk.

I have an ex-teacher friend who refers to the civil service as the teachers graveyard as it attracts a lot of ex-teachers

Is it the teaching you dont like or schools in the UK? Could private schools be a possibility?
Do you have to stay in the UK? I know several teachers who have gone overseas to work in International Schools, you could also look at the MoD schools for children of families serving overseas.

I have a relative that is an ex-primary teacher. They now teach prisoners, pretty basic stuff like reading/writing.

Student support in a university?

The only way I got through my teaching degree was by telling myself I didn't have to be a teacher at the end if I didn't want to be! However, as soon as I did my probationary year that all changed, I found it a million times better running my own classroom, and now I'm 15 years in and I still love my job (unheard of for a teacher on mumsnet!!). There are tons of social media accounts for people who have left teaching offering good advice to those leaving the profession, so probs worth giving them a follow so you've got some ideas, but you might feel differently, just hang tight!
