In seeing recent pictures of Jennifer Lopez and feeling unfeasibly jealous....

She looks fabulous and only a month after having twins, she has lost most of her 50lb weight gain.....how?????

She is just an unhealthy/unrealistic image to portray to young girls of what a mum looks like a month after giving birth.

Wowo she had an instant perfect family! How do celebs do that? Yes with the lipo and tummytuck/personal trainer, but a boy/girl duo?

I read that story in OK too. (Yes, I always feel v. grubby after reading those mags!)

But you can't believe the hype. Airbrushing, brilliant make up artists, flowing dresses that hide the bump but accentuate the breasts....It's a fairy tale nonsense bit of fluff and a wee bit disturbing because her prince looks like a pimp to me.

I just bought OK to get my celeb gossip fix read and I think the photos rae crap.

Ok, so she's got billion in the bank but none of it looks real, its all so staged... the photo of them skipping along with the silver cross prams...WTF is that all about?? Skipping???

I;m sure in every photo there are 50 people behind the camera waiting on each baby, Jlo and her DH.

I would have much rather seen her casual and natural.....but thats never going to happen with JLo, is it.

She probably had a 'mummy tuck' and there is only one pic of her tummy and it was probably airbrushed.

Plus her girl baby has an adult face. It looks so so weird.

YANBU though... I am 12 days post c section and whilst back in my pre-preg jeans I have a lovely jelly belly overhang. Fit.

She didn't breastfeed because you can't delegate that!! So, I feel really superior to her because I did. {wink]

I must look out for that magazine. I agree her husband is a bit shadowy looking. Michael Howard's love child?

That was a joke about feeling superior over the BFing btw. I was chatting to a girl with four children the other day and when she told me she wasn't even going to try to BF the fourth I agreed with her that it would be much harder with the fourth. I said , go buy formula honey..

it's actually had to have a tummy tuck together with csection because the uterus is still big and the muscles all stretched.

what they can do is tighten up some or other muscle that goes sideways.

i don't know what it's called.

I had a quick flick through in the newsagents and it was a bit gross. Front cover listing things the babies had 'D&G cots, silver lined bottles etc' (or someting like that). , yes those things are so important when you have two new babies. She decided not to bf as she had decided it was best not to (even though she has help who could have done every other single thing bar the bf). 2 full time nannies. Ridiculous staged photos (skipping FFS). Babies top to toe in designer gear. Hideous weird looking husband.

I do not envy her a tiny bit...and I hoope the children do not end up too f**d up. would be better off having a slighly more 'grounded' start to life I think.

I bet most mums would look slim and toned a month after the birth if they had a team of nannies, a personal chef, a housekeeper and a trainer and the incentive of knowing they would be photographed and their figure commented on.

Can't help thinking that its nicer to be able to choose your post-birth priorities though. Not sure if she would have been able to fit much babymooning into her schedule.

Actually, I gained 3.5 stone in my first pg. At 4 weeks post-natal I had dropped 4 stone. Most of the weight was baby (9lbs 13oz!!!), fluid, uterus, and a helluva lot of water retention. I'd actually lost 1/2 over the course of the pg through not being able to eat so much, and craving fruit juice. I didnt eat for two at all.

I know that jlo looked quite 'puffed' up too. That's probably what most of her weight gain was too. It is possible. She'd still have a bit of a baby pouch though. Something that takes 9 months to grow doesnt spring back that quickly.

he has two sons with his first wife, diana or deeanna or something like that torres.

then he cheated on her and got his lover pregnant. she had a baby girl.

so j-lo's are his 4th and 5th children.
