To feel guilty about a slob week off

I have a random week A/L this week we I had leave to use up. I have 2 small kids, two jobs one as a nurse in. The nhs. Weeks are normally packed and this week I’ve just been chilling all day. Had a nap yesterday, under a blanket watching a film and ordered my favourite takeaway I can never ever get (only deliver 12-3 weekdays!!) for lunch. I have been to the tip, cleaned, done done painting and a bit of life admin. But it’s been a lazy week.
And I feel so guilty I can’t even enjoy it! What’s wrong with me?! Is it ok to have an absolute slug week and make the most of doing nothing?

Sounds like heaven. No guilt required.
