To think women become 'Maleficent' to be repected in the workplace because of sexism?

I do not know if this is common outside my workplace
But I've noticed women who are considered intense and 'crazy' at work usually have had to become this way because people dont respect them because they are women. That thing when men repeat something you say like its an original thought. Or when they challenge you over petty things when they wouldn't have challenged a man in the same way (CC'ing them etc) Does anyone else see this?

It's usually a good idea to think about how the same qualities would be framed in a man. So 'intense' - would that be 'committed' or, god help us, 'passionate'? How are the women crazy? If a man was 'crazy' about the same things, would he be 'proud', or maybe 'direct' and 'forthright'?

I can't say I've met any particularly "maleficent" women in the workplace?
(In the sense that they cause harm or destruction usually by a supernatural force...)
