For those of you who manage not to catch the lurgy every 5 minutes please can you tell me your secrets! From exercise, to meals, vitamins, anything you do that helps you feel healthy! I’m fed up of the germs and want to do little things to try and help myself.

yeah coming back to say gut biome and eating lots of garlic and onion.

I really think the gut biome stuff makes sense. SO eat kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, whichever you like the most. Plus apples are a super food too, it was on the Mosely podcast and they are easy to eat, but an apple corer! Life changing !
