I’ve name changed for this.

I live with my mum and step dad.

Love them both dearly.

Last night they were both hammered and her left his phone on the side open, and I saw a WhatsApp number and he was texting. Very flirty. How are you baby? Etc etc.

Anyway…. The number is from New York when I googled it.

What shall I do? It will break my mums heart. She’s such a wonderful woman and my actual dad cheated on her. And I found ont and told her. Feel triggered.

No, he left his phone open apparently?! Which the OP looked at. That's not making it her business at all! She is making it her business and making assumptions!
And if he had anything to hide, he'd be hiding his phone, hammered or not!

He made it her business being so clumsy about it so I stick with what I say cheers though

MoonWoman69 · 24/03/2024 11:37

Yeah, you do that

anyonether · 24/03/2024 12:24

I have an infababy Ultimo 3 wheeler pushchair and about to have a new baby. After lots of research have concluded that I would like a lascal maxi buggy board but nervous that it won't work with my pushchair.

Does anyone have experience of combining an infababy ultimate three wheeler and lascal maxi buggy board?

I think you’re very much on the wrong thread here! Probably best to start a new thread. Interested to know though as I have the same buggy 🤣

irrelevant 🙄

It is emotional affairs and scamming.
I have all the evidence.
I’m gonna have to tell my mother because she deserves to know but also to protect him and their assets. JESUS CHRIST 😭

I had missed call from Nebraska I know no one in Nebraska.could it be some kind of porn thing.

coldcallerbaiter · 24/03/2024 21:46

It is probably a financial romance scam. It could affect your mother, if he sends funds. I have had random people try to start a conversation on WhatsApp, I block them. It can happen out if the blue, if he engaged he is a fool and they will ask for money.

Awksitu · 24/03/2024 22:10

This is what’s happening on one of them 😡

I think age is relevant, you're coming across like a dramatic teenager!
You have no evidence, other than one message you randomly saw! Unless, of course, while your mum and stepdad were passed out hammered, you had a good read through his messages? That would make more sense as to why you're hell bent on steaming in, rather than being sensible and possibly taking your stepdad to one side, telling him what you "inadvertently" saw, asking him about it and judging his reaction/answer!

Toothbrushh · 25/03/2024 03:01

Oh no. Has he sent money?

Makeupbagz · 25/03/2024 03:12

Can you whatsapp from a Landline?

American numbers are different, their mobile numbers don't all start with 07 or similar. There is an area code for a certain area and all phone numbers will be within that area code, landline and mobiles included. 315 is upstate NY.

Yes. Bjt not actual cash. In the form of some sort or card from Tesco or Asda. Because one was desperate for him to go there to send it and she’s gonna send him a huge wad of case in return …..

Definitely a scammer. Probably really in west Africa. They always want gift cards.

Awksitu · 25/03/2024 13:51

Why though? What do they do with them?

Toothbrushh · 25/03/2024 20:09
