My spag bol is good (if I do say so myself 😂) tomatoey, lots of parmasen, garlic and a bit of a secret kick to it.
Or coconuty , beefy, touch of chilli and jasmine rice yummyness 🍚

Which would you choose and what’s your Friday night dinner?

Bolognese takes a couple of hours in my book so is a good Sunday night dinner.

Massaman for tonight. I cheat and use a jar of massaman paste with a few extra spices thrown in - recipe on RecipeTinEats.

I changed my mind and my spaghetti bolognaise changed to lasagna

I'd usually choose massaman but I kinda fancy a spagbol more rn.

I'm sorry, but that's an impossible choice! I can't call it at all, I'm afraid. Both are soooo good.

Massaman. It's a fabulous dish. Both are lovely, but bolognese/ragu seems more midweek to me Fridays are special.
