I might agree with you if OP was charging people money and giving them harmful advice in return, but she isn't and the readings are very general and meant with kindness. You could take the same stance on religion. The truth is, religion, tarot, crystals, guided meditation - all of these things might seem silly to you, but to others they give comfort and help them focus or look at their problems in a different light. If you don't like it, just move along as it obviously isn't for you.
