To think I could feel better two hours after first antibiotic

I’ve just come back from hospital with kidney infection suspected. They prescribed me ciprofluoxin and I swear I feel a bit better after one tablet ? Is this placebo effect on my brain or possible? Also anyone had a kidney infection but had a negative urine dip?

I normally find antibiotics work really well on me so I do think it's possible to feel better after 2 hours
