DD Party at the same time as another childs

I sent my daughter’s party invites out a few days ago and have had 3 RSVP’s. She has come back from nursery today with an invitation to another child’s birthday and it is on the same day with an overlap time of 30 mins so people won’t be able to go to both. I am now totally stressed and worried no one will show up. Worst part is I didn’t invite this child to the party as my daughter had never really mentioned her so they don’t seem to play.
I think we should move the party but my husband says I am being ridiculous and we have already sent the invites out. Would you move the party or would you contact the other Mum to explain the clash?

That's just a minimum of how many to pay ... Not how many turn up... So they can make sure they make enough money for the session.

You could invite 19 children for the minimum of 20...19 children accept, but 1 is ill on the day...the soft play aren't going to stop you coming in because there's only 19 kids and not 20...

No, I'm not stupid. Something tells me you wouldn't be brave enough to say that if this was a face to face conversation.

The OP has already paid the deposit which is non refundable so will either lose the deposit or pay for the minimum 20 places.

The child will have fun with 11 people or 20 people. It doesn't matter. It will be the same price to the OP.
