Is it normal for your hair to come out when you touch it? Or should I be panicking?

Prefacing - I am already panicking.

Every time I run a hand through my ponytail, I get 3-4 strands at a time coming out. I'm not sure if this is normal. I have no girl friends to ask.

Is this normal? Blush I feel like at this rate I'll have no hair left, or bald patches.

Eh?

if my hair needs washed it goes brittle and dry and it breaks off.

That's an extreme thing to happen in a few days, I'm sorry you experience that

it's only a strand or 2 I'm not overly concerned.

little bit 😂 It's usually my sign not to be lazy and wash my hair!

I have lots of hair and shed loads, my chair at work always has hair on the back and my car has strands all over where the gearstick is as I'm a terrible hair twiddler especially when sitting in traffic! It just seems to replace itself at a rapid rate as I've no thinning patches, just loads of hair! It sounds normal to me (I do remove all the hairs from my car and chair)
