At home and at work, I'm considered a /the responsible adult. Sometimes the only responsible adult.

That can't be allowed anymore since I've been trying for the past few weeks to sync a fitbit and swearing,stressing,melting down,buying extra chargers , spending hours and hours resetting settings,turning devices on and off etc. and continuous moaning about the bastarding thing and conspiracy theories about not working because Apple wants us to buy apple watches and so on. The real issue?

It was a fucking Fitbit Charge 5, and I kept trying to pair a Fitbit charge 6(which obviously didn't exist in the house).4 weeks, 4 bloody weeks! Once I tried to pair the charge 5, it took 5 mins from start to finish. Like the teens say, I can't even....

So AIBU to turn in my responsible adult title and require constant supervision from now on?

I claimed an entire bag of shopping was missing from Ocado. It was still in the hall.

I bought my very first smart phone just after Christmas. Set the alarm for 4.30 am on the Monday. Imagine my delight that it was automatically set for the whole week so I didn't need to turn it on every evening. Imagine, also my rage on the Saturday morning when I didn't turn it off on the Friday night because I thought it would do that automatically. Me and tech are not friends.

This thread is making me laugh! I have to rely on other family members to help me with finding tv series and films that I want to watch. We have three remotes and I never know which one to use, and figuring out whether a thing is on bbc, Netflix, ITV X or Prime completely scrambles my brain.
I am really quite competent in many areas, but TV operation appears to be beyond my capabilities 😳

At least mine have an aunt to make up for us.
