Moved house and can't cope, mental health is on the floor

Recently moved to a bigger place (private rented), DD 8 months now has her own room. That's the only room that's finished. It's painted, clean, lovely.

Our living room, bedroom, bathroom, hallway is an absolute state and I can't actually cope with it. So much shit everywhere I don't know where to begin, I have anxiety and depression and suspected ND and find any big change or disruption to routine so overwhelming that I moved in with family with DD for a week whilst DH sorted the new place, painted, new light fittings etc.

I moved back in a week later and it's still not done. He goes to football on a Saturday morning, he offered himself up to play this afternoon which means he'll be out 12-5pm and will also be out Monday and Thursday night at football until 10pm. I'm left in this mess with an 8 month old and honestly just feel so depressed and stressed.

I've got about 6 loads of laundry to do but I've already got 2 loads on clothes airers that are taking forever to dry. I'm tempted to take the whole lot to the local launderette.

Please help with any tips of tricks you have for getting everything in its place in a new home.

Can you hire someone to come and sort your house out?
handy man, cleaners?

Laundrette definitely OP. Start in one corner and sort it, even if it means moving things to a different corner - as long as you don't stop, that works for me. Also take a big bin bag around and throw away all rubbish. I'm motivated to start on my house now!
