True Crime Obsessed with Patrick Hinds and Gillain Pensavalle - they're funny and don't tend to waffle like so many other podcasts do.
I suppose crime isn't very educational, though it is interesting and they make an entertaining duo.

Register your card with your local library for free talking books online — a sort of free audible.
True crime podcasts are very popular but if you’re not into that there’s history and other interests.
The BBC has a number of interesting podcasts including one on the Post Office Scandal that contains details not included in the video.
If you get the Radio Times they have a listing on popular podcasts.
Great accompaniment to housework etc.
Most of it is free, too.
