To ask who I report this too...

A store I visit every time has this every time ..you can't walk around this area and access the fire exit. The staff are honestly lovely and will climb over the stock to get items. It's shocking health and safety. It's not their fault. Once I thought ok but this is every single time for two years now and it's becoming a problem. Please advise who I report this too?

Animal health team of your local council, normally work closely with environmental health so try either of them. Pet shops have to be inspected and access to fire escapes forms part of the inspection. They would probably ring the shop in the first instance and then say they have X amount of days to resolve it then go visit to make sure it was done.
