To ask you if know what an H box painted on the road means?

So many people dont seem to know this? I wondered if people on mn knew?

Ok I'm wondering if people have been parking so you can't get in and out of your driveway then? It is annoying - thankfully ours extends a bit beyond our drive entrance so there's a bus stop and another driveway next to that so people can't park anyway but it would annoy me if it meant I couldn't get onto my drive if people parked like an asshat
