Seeing a huge influx of health anxiety and low mood/seasonal depression threads at the minute.
I don’t think that these threads always go particularly well and can often leave an OP feeling worse.

Mumsnet has a mental health board. I think most people post on aibu or chat for traffic or because they're not aware the board exists

It’s really under used and as far as I can see there isn’t a list of useful resources and information.

@Savedpassword Yes, it's a shame. It really could be very useful if more people used it, it's a much kinder place than chat and aibu. Hopefully it gets a bit more traffic soon and lives up to its potential
