To be so wiped out after virus?

Had a horrible cold starting from NYD. I am still feeling completely wiped out: wheezing, sleeping badly, panicky and unable to complete simple tasks without a rest. I am supposed to be back at work on Monday - I tried going to the shop yesterday and had to sit in the car for fifteen minutes before I could drive home.

Am I being unreasonable to expect to be feeling better by now?

Try living with long covid for 3 and a half years.
