My nephew has a job in a pub and is paid in cash.
The boss told him he's getting less than the minimum wage for his age because "we'll pay your tax for you" but has taken no details. No NI number, no address. Nothing.
I've never heard of such a thing. Is this legal?
Could my nephew get into trouble?
