I know - my issue and all but thought they’d enjoy it. He is enjoying presents though so that’s the main thing. But we’re still - over £100 😂😂

No but he’s only 3 so hadn’t really asked for anything specific. I got him a Toniebox. He’s not really bothered and isn’t interested in listening to any stories. I did have a few doubts but so many people said their 3 year olds loved it!

We got my DS a Tonie box for his 2nd birthday, he had absolutely no interest in it up until about 2 months before his 3rd birthday and now he loves it and just got another 4 tonies from various people for Christmas. Give it time, put it on for him whilst he’s playing so it’s on in the background. My little boy tends to listen to it in the morning whilst I’m getting myself and his little brother ready and he’ll carry it round the house with him. We have a mixture of stories and singing/dancing ones.

@MorningSunshineSparkles with anything like this I do prefer new (unless from a family member or friend.)He may grow into it and maybe his sibling will like when older.

Think the only thing 2 year old boys want at that age are train sets and cars.

Depends on your 2yo surely! At that age my son’s favourite things were books, toy animals and his toy kitchen.
