Does microwaves leak radiation?

My microwave looks like this , it’s years old .
will this leak radiation with it looking like that ? Obviously damage has been done already if so due to using it all the time .

Did you read that on the back of a beer mat or something.

All nutrients? Every single macro and micronutrient vanishes into the ether because of microwaves? Is there a time scale for this, or as soon as the buzz of the microwave sounds, the food suddenly has the nutritional value of Styrofoam? I look forward to my zero fat and carb microwaved leftover Dominos next time due to this astonishing phenomenon.
