Am I being u reasonable to be thinking of applying for new job 7 weeks after starting new job?

So sorry for the long post! I recently have started a new full time job after working for the last 21 years in my last job part time. My old job was primarily dealing with the public in an easy going setting. My new job is more full on with the NHS, originally just dealing with running 3 clinics and processing new starts to go to HR, after 1 week in the job I was asked to go and be admin at a hospital department dealing with walk ins and lots of medical jargon, booking appointments at the correct times between courses of vaccinations and lots of other sensitive information, although I'm loving being thrown in at the deep end doing both the job I was recruited to do (admin) and the new job at the same time, I feel like I'm still asking loads of questions to make sure I'm doing things right, the nurses in the dep seem happy to help but I feel I ask too many questions!
I have read it takes 6 months to settle into a new role and this is all new territory for me (not from a medical background) and they seem happy with what I'm doing but deep down I'm thinking they are sick of my questions, is it time to move on and get something more with the job I applied for or continue with the current situation as it won't last for ever and I genuinely enjoy it, the current situation isn't going to last forever, although I wish it would as I love the department I'm in, the job and the people I work with mostly, but know it will eventually come to an end.

Stick with it, sounds like you're doing a grand job. You enjoy it, the team seem helpful and nice. Nothing to lose! Congratulations

Keep with it and give yourself time to get used to the new role. You like the people and the job - better to ask questions than guess and make mistakes.

Thanks guys, I just don't know if I can get all the technical jargon in my head, I'm second guess myself and asking questions I already know the answers too but too scared to make a final decision because it's peoples health I'm dealing with.xx
