To have noticed less fireworks this year?

I'm very grateful for that. They usually go off every night from Halloween until past New year's eve. Has any one else noticed less fireworks this year? I'm in the South East.

I was wondering if it's due to cost of living, as they're pretty expensive. Maybe people are also becoming more educated about how distressing they can be to animals and people with PTSD etc?

They save them for celebrating football results around my part, all year round...

I think the weather played a part in my area , heavy rain putting people off .
Imo fireworks should only be available to organised displays

Same here (in deepest SW). In previous years, we had lots from a couple of days before fireworks night and the odd one or two until new years. It’s a relief though, as even though my DC love them, my Ddog hates them and gets really het up when hearing them.
