Boring but tell me which smeg toaster colour to buy (pic included)

Very boring but DH and I have not had a toaster for over a month (new house) as we cannot agree on the colour.

We’ve agreed on a smeg as we had one in the Airbnb in we stayed in whilst our kitchen was redone and liked it.

I’m wanting chrome as I think the cream clashes with tiles. DH thinks we have too much chrome/metal as it is and would prefer the cream.

We have a red range master and sage green kettle on the “coffee bar area”. So adding another colour may look a bit off.

Im sick of making toast under the grill!

Goes with everything, although tricky to keep clean.

Matt white or Matt black or if the colourful Scicily model.

You've got a red rangemaster, a sage green kettle, blue (?) cupboard doors, white tiles?⁰

I'd either go red (if it matches the rangemaster) or the emerald green because it looks quite sagey green on my screen so if it goes with the kettle.

Not keen on either cream or chrome, both are a bit dull but depends on the mix of colours in the kitchen, maybe a bit dull is what you need.

I’d go with either the emerald green or pastel green . I cannot have Smeg products in my house because it instantly makes me think of smegma and if you’ve ever owned a male horse that is not something you want reminding of .

Red!

Chrome. Too many other colours by the sounds of it. That only works when the colours are bold or bright.

Cupboards are dove grey - may look blue depending on light.

So just to sum up:

rangemaster - red (from old house - not my personal fav colour but too new and expensive to change)
cupboards - grey
tiles - variations of white
kettle - sage green (dh’s kettle from before we met, still going strong so not changing just for aesthetics)

Don’t buy chrome - learned the hard way impossible to keep clean. Go for red!

I’d only get cream if you had a matching cream kettle. It upsets me when there are different shades of white/cream around.

Red. I love the range! And red is such a nice colour pop in a kitchen.

Yes I'd go red with those cupboards and the range, kettle can then be red when it does need replacing.

Red as the kettle will eventually break but the stove will be there longer, and looks nice w grey.

Chrome is just a massive fingerprint magnet.

I'd go red or chrome and then match the kettle with that when it dies.
