To find this newspaper headline really dismissive?

It's my local newspaper but I've no link to anyone in the story. It came up on my suggested feed and I'm wondering if I'm being a bit dramatic to find the headline really dismissive of the woman involved.

The man has breached a restraining order multiple times already and been given chances. Initially he was done for assaulting her and there is mention of a sexual harm prevention order. Yet the journalist chose to lead with the man going to jail for saying boo, which is actually just the tip of the iceberg for this man's offending.

The headline is to get clicks/views and people going "wtf".

They've deliberately chosen that headline so people think 'What??' and click on the story. I agree it's irresponsible of them.

Lol, the shields gazzette isn’t known for its stellar journalism. Lots of these local (and national) rags resort to clickbait titles like this, this one appeals to the “you can’t say anything these days” audience which Sheilds has lots of unfortunately.

Edited to add: You’re completely right, it’s irresponsible and just terrible writing. But it’s how lots of our media seems to work atm.
