We have this one and really like it. We were Dyson fans for many years but are really happy with Shark.

I have the anti-hair wrap one. It can't cope with DD's bum length very think hair (that falls out a lot!) it gets all tangled up. So be warned!

It is incredibly quick and easy to clear that up though and I do t mind ad it is fab in every other way.

I'll never have another Dyson again. They just don't compare to the efficiency of the Shark.

I have the Shark cordless with the anti-wrap; I love it! I empty it every time I use it so I can marvel at how much it picks up each time 😀

I have both a shark hairwrap and an old dyson. The only thing good about the shark is its handy to not plug in. It picks up a reasonable amount but blocks do easily the drops everything back out. The old dyson still beats it every time!

Really not a fan of the cordless one, it has very poor suction, can't suck up crumbs, cat litter pieces, anything heavier than dust or hair etc. But even, then the main pipe gets blocked with fluff all the time that makes the suction even worse.
It just makes vacuuming such a hassle, that it's not worth using the cordless one over the mains-powered one.

I honestly don't think that battery powered vacuums are quite there in terms of being a direct replacement for a mains-powered one. Sure, they maybe useful if you spilt something light on the floor like a bit of flour in the kitchen, but it's not worth buying a second vacuum just for that.

Oh dear.
I really want it for the ease of zipping around the house without having to plug in and out and drag the body of the hoover around
