To think airbnb prices are insane?

Hundreds of £ a night for places that are fine but not spectacular- who pays these prices??

Wouldn’t use air bnb or booking.com. Neither are good value for money. Companies like Airbnb need regulation.

I know this thread is a zombie blast from the past but Airbnb don't set the prices for the accommodation. That's up to the property owner, what kind of regulation do you mean? Some kind of price control? No one has to book with them, let the market sort itself out as it does with everything else
