Have just done a blitz of the house, showered (one of those life changing showers after you've cleaned the house and you are minging), pjs are on and the plan was posh burgers for tea but now I'm looking at my sparkly hob 🌟 and thinking it would be a terrible shame to get burger fat all splattered over it so soon after cleaning.........

I also have covid so feel pretty grim and tired.

You have a Japanese takeaway near you? Very jealous! I live rurally and all we have a shit Chinese and a chippy that does kebabs as well as Fish & Chips which is in our nearest town ( which is about 30 min drive)

Supermarket pizza can be yummy. Takeaway pizza can be yummy in a different way. UPFs can be utterly delicious and extremely unlikely to worsen your Covid symptoms.

Enjoy the takeaway. I do that too when I've cleaned the oven and hob , just so I have the experience of coming into the kitchen at least one morning and not wondering who made the mess.
I also insist on first dibs in the bathroom when I've just cleaned it. Lovely long soak breathing in the heady aroma of pine toilet cleaner.

I go one further when I blitz the house and go out for dinner. I just can't bare to make it messy so soon after it sparkles!
