Does ANYONE have any idea what is wrong with my car?

When I accelerate, the Rev thing (yes I have no idea about cars) starts to move up and down quickly and work go above 20, even though the car drives as normal. It judders when he speedometer (?) is moving but then carries on fine. What is this? Is it going to be costly? I have a warranty but as a single parent I am so worried about this as I have no other form of transport in our area

It will do if it's under manufacturer warranty! Does the car sort of feel jumpy at all? Or if you put your foot down, does it feel like it doesn't pick up speed as quickly as it did? May be slight if you know your car.

Your transmission oil doesn't usually get changed with a service unless you request it or they state it's included. They usually just check the levels. I'd send it in for a diagnostic and tell them it's over-revving. You won't get any warning lights showing for your clutch either, if it is that!

To add, it does slightly over-rev on cold start ups for some cars. But if it's continuous, don't hesitate to send it back to Skoda to be checked over.
