what age were you when your wild days happened ?

about 16/17 for myself

16-28

19-22 University years

29-31 Newly single after breakdown of long term relationship, I was going out a lot but also 'found myself' sexually and had the best sex of my life, now in a long term relationship with the best one 😂

I'm yet to have mine. I'm very shy & socially awkward. There's still time though. I'm mid-40s.

Definitely 14-18 but then I had a bit of a wild spell around 30-35. My DC say I was definitely wild when they hear the stories. Still a bit wild when I can break out but it’s getting harder.

15-26

I'm 43 and it's not happened yet either! I'm intrigued as to what exactly people did during these "wild years", I mean I once woke up after a night out to find a roadworks sign in my room with no recollection of where it came from. I felt thoroughly ashamed and have never done anything like that since but to the people saying that had years and years of wild times, what did you get up to so I can live vicariously??

21-29. I'm 52 now. Had some fantastic times.

With 18 to 21 being wilder. Packed a lot into those years.

Probably about 24 to 30. They were fun days!

Teen years , lots of stupidity & dangerous things, older boyfriends, stupid stuff in/with cars, “exploring” boarded up houses/disused train tunnels, abandoned army bases, lots of drink, drugs, sex, illegal raves/parties, out & not going home all night/no one knowing where I was, rolling in a 5/6am, going to work at 9, or sometimes straight from out out to work.
Post divorce was more promiscuous sex life, exploring that with various people, & less wild going out.

15 - mid 20s.
Good Times!

Now.....im 42

I'm 72 and still waiting!

23 - 27

they were good years

Mid 30’s and now this year (44!)

13-17 - teenage wild years (underage clubbing and drinking, although I never had underage sex and did have the same boyfriend aged 14-17)
18-26 - uni & first job[s] wild years (lots of travel, partying, casual dating, wild weekends away)
27-32 - party years with DP (so essentially same as what I was doing aged 18-26 but with my DP and minus the casual dating!)

Now I'm in my early 40's, have 3 DC and I stopped drinking over 18 months ago.

17-25

18. Probably only lasted a year really

Interesting, yep, I guess I'm happy being boring then as most of that doesn't sound particularly enjoyable to me!

17-19

about 15/16 then a good 8 years of my 20s

Can I ask what these 40-50 year olds are doing? I am early 40s btw, just want to know what to expect. Can’t really be bothered with people these days, everyone annoys me. Is there a way to be wild without like having to talk to anyone?

My wild days were 15-17 and I loved it but would never go back. I once stayed up 3 days, drinking wine around a campfire every evening and kissing a certain boy and night swimming. The very idea of being so tired right now makes me want to crawl under my desk and nap.

15-23 started going to raves in the mid 90’s and clubbing at weekends too, loved my social life and had multiple social circles. Used to go out all night and go to work the next day with no problems at all! Now mid 40’s and get a 3 day hangover if I have more than 3 glasses of wine 😂
met my now husband when we were 21 and had our first child at 24 which put an end to our wild years!

I love the phrase 'wild days.'

Reminds me of Frank's Wild Years and the line 'when first I started wandering' in Talk to me of Mendocino.

Anyway for me it was 16-29 - some good times, some bad. Feel a bit sad that young people today don't seem that wild or have time to wander (got to live with the parents and save for that house deposit!)
