I had my flu and covid vaccines on Sunday - I've been absolutely fine until tonight, when I have debelooed an awful headache nehind my eyes and bridge of nose. My shoulder blades and arms are hurting too. Has anyone else had this 2 days after?

I've been absolutely fine and had mine two weeks ago, which is not helpful to you, I'm sorry.

Is there a number you can ring just to run it past someone in the NHS? I got given a leaflet at the time which made a list of symptoms you may have for a day or two. Most of them should just pass, they said.

According to the NHS websitehttps://www.nhs.uk/conditions/covid-19/covid-19-vaccination/covid-19-vaccines-side-effects-and-safety/, most side effects of the COVID-19 vaccination are mild and should not last longer than a week, such as:

• a sore arm from the injection

• feeling tired

• a headache

• feeling achy

• mild flu-like symptoms

• feeling or being sick

You can take pain relief such as paracetamol to help you feel better. You cannot catch COVID-19 from the vaccine.

I hope someone else comes on here to help you.
