To ask for transport recommendations - solo female in London at night

Hi

I'm going to see the Ocean at the End of the Lane at the Noel Coward theatre on a Wednesday night. It finishes just after 10pm.

I need to get from there to a bnb close to Victoria Coach Station. It's a 40 minute walk, which is fine, but a) it's late and b) it's London and c) I really don't know London very well.

Would it be best to walk it, bus it, underground it, Uber it or try to get a black cab (and if it's the last option, where from). Or indeed something else that I haven't thought of. I'm not bothered about cost.

London is somewhat scarier than it was in 2019, but I still wouldn't have any qualms about that journey at that time of night. The tube will be completely full of respectable middle aged people going home from the theatre.

Just get the Tube, it's always pretty busy post-theatre. I'm female & I often travel solo in London at that time, inc a walk at the other end, and it would never occur to me not to, tbh.

I live an hour north of London and regularly go in for the theatre alone. I travel out of euston, so get the tube around 10.30 / 11 and the train close to midnight. Always feel perfectly safe

I'd walk to Embankment, which will be really busy and get the tube. Personally I'd be much more comfortable doing that than getting a cab by myself.

The central areas round the theatres will be busy and you should feel safe. Look out for pickpockets. The tube will be fine too.
I am going to stick my neck out and say that some bits around Victoria coach station are a little rougher and sadly with a homelessness problem. Personally I would walk it but you may feel more comfortable in a black cab for that bit of the journey. It's just the last 10 mins of walking. It won't be as filled with jolly theatregoers as the West End.
