The sound of the ocean. The breeze blowing through the trees. Listening to rain outside the window when in bed. Swimming in a beautiful pool, the perfect temperature at night.

Sitting in my garden in the sun, watching the birds and butterflies, listening to the water run in the fountain, just calm and lovely

Laying in bed with my husband and dogs in our camper van, listening to the sea especially when it's rough and crashy.

Silence, a luxuriously comfy bed and an excellent book. And cheese.

Cosmic energy manifest in human form.

A sunny morning in May, new leaves breaking out on the trees, blossom on the early flowering trees, a deep blue sky, and the prospect of summer to come.
