Rather expensive electronic good sent to myself due to fraudster setting up new account in my name and obtaining credit (not store/credit card) from a well known online retailer. For the hassle and time to contact , stress and collection organisation is it reasonable to request a goodwill gesture? eg a money off voucher? Their processes were not good enough to stop the fraud and I dont even have an account with them.
A second courier turned up at my door, likely to be the fraudster themselves, to try and take the said goods to a second address,
IBU - No, it is part of today's world these things happen
IANBU - Yes, their processes failed and stress , time and collection should be noted
