who else is driven crazy by the inane use of "not a problem" to every sentence you make

when it wasnt a problem in the first place.
ie.
Can I speak to bla bla
Not a problem - sorry he's engaged
Can you get him to call me?
Not a problem
and so it goes on for the entire conversation

I have a colleague who says "no worries" to everything, even when it is, actually, a worry...

Dh works with someone who says "gosh" all the time. Poor chap is know as gosh in our house.
