It can’t be normal, can it? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Feel fine mentally/in my mind, but my busy just won’t play ball.
Had my dc at 40, had long covid for a couple of years-2020-2022. I had a rectocele in 2020. I get kidney stones almost constantly, I am tired just all the time, achey, dizzy sometimes..I just never wake up feeling good anymore. If I have a *Good day and get out and about doing things, the next day I’m so tired and not up to much. If I drink I feel ill later on and achy and tired the next day
Ffs! Feel like I’ve aged in 4/5 years so much, I was never like this before..,Is if having a child, long covid, peri.,what?! So tired of feeling so Eurgh within my body, but my mind still wants to be up and doing things, exercising and having energy
Do you/did you feel like this at this age?

Dont just assume its menopause, long covid etc... if you are in UK you can ask for a bloodtest. Esp if you have kidney stones. Don't wait for things to get worse. Go as soon as yu can. There are lots of things you can do to improve your health once you find out what is actually wrong. Good luck

@ghostyslovesheets Chronic kidney disease? I’m so scared I have this as I constantly get stones, do you? What medication do you take, what is the prognosis for daily living etc

No I don't regularly get stones - had one - it's more that my function is below par because it's an autoimmune response - but no medication - it's mild so far. I have regular blood tests to check but it's stable - My autoimmune system is just quiet shit and tends to target things it shouldn't (skin, thyroid, kidneys, womb lining - I have endo which I missed of that extensive list, and my ability to absorb b12) I am showing some mild signs of RA now so that's on the watch list - but again nothing debilitating, it's the chronic tiredness that is my awful symptom and, like you, I hate it and it's exhausting and frustrating.

Do go and get your bloody tested x

Being sleep deprived after giving birth and taking constant care of children in my thirties made me feel like that… couldn’t it be related to that? Your child must be very young still. It knocked me sideways

Don’t ask strangers on the internet- you’ll just scare yourself.

Make a diary of symptoms for a couple of weeks, writing every symptom along with a date and time then speak to a GP and show them your diary. Insist they actually do something and don’t fob you off (probably needing to be quite forceful as GPs will often ignore things).

Could you be anaemic? When I was anaemic I had all your symptoms - shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness... also racing heart when I laid down.

Prescription iron tablets sorted it out

Please get a blood test done. I feel the same as you but I have an under active thyroid.
