Can anyone help?

I’m 45 and for the past 4-5 days, I’ve started to have dizziness for a couple of hours. During this time I have a bit of a headache and back of neck ache, I feel nauseous and tired, then it tends to go. It was at 4 o’clock for a few days, but tidat was at 1 ish, I’m still just sat on the sofa waiting for it to pass
Will make a Drs appointment next week, but does anyone know what this is? So weird

Vestibular neuritis ? But that’s constant.. not coming and going.. is your blood pressure ok? If you’re a smoker and have high blood pressure getting dizzy spells, or high cholesterol.. off to A and E with you

@Lyracappul I’m not a smoker

This happens to me after I eat during the day. I've got an Omron BP monitor and I can see the BP drop in front of my eyes.

There's also some medication(s) that have the same effect.

Sounds similar to some of my early symptoms now put down to peri-menopause (I had all the weird symptoms)
But please do go and get yourself seen by Doctors asap.

Youcanttouchthat · 23/09/2023 14:49

@kwetu Ive wondered about this as periods irregular for the past couple of years, but was your dizziness just in a set block of time? That’s what I find strange

Definitely go and get checked out but are you drinking enough? I have dizzy spells due to dehydration. I don't drink enough due to an overactive bladder. When I went to my GP he did my BP sitting down then when I stood up it just dropped. We then got onto the fact of why I wasn't drinking enough and got referred to a urologist who diagnosed an overactive bladder.
