It doesn't help I payed for the meal and left the tip but while my fiancé handed in the cash, this was the encounter.. left a review and this was the owners response. I'm fairly pissed. Aibu?

She sounds very unprofessional, and I would be put off going anywhere with an owner like that, one who thinks crude 'jokes' are hilarious.

There was one of these not long ago where someone spread a rumour that the manager flirts with other peoples husbands and they even leave a review that she replies to in a similar way.

It was basically a publicity stunt to get people talking about her restaurant and make people want to go there.

I'm wondering if it even is the owner, there is a Twitter/Facebook and TikTok creator who does this kind of thing, anyone can create a page to say whatever they like and they look for people with complaints and set up as "Customer Service" from that company and say properly ridiculous or rude replies to see how outraged they can make the complainer

The owner sounds grim! Ignore her - this review says it all for anyone to read. I can only assume she's sold the business or her ex owns it and her response is trying to damage the business. Or she's been hacked.
