Make sure you have their word there will be no come back as this guy knows where you live. I actually think you should DEMAND he doesn't know it is you (IE him not in the room) when you give your account of what happened.

That's such a great outcome. I wish I had known who to complain to when a taxi driver tried to rip me off on a fare, kept me locked in his cab and repeatedly called me a f*ing whore some years back. I did call his company, but I really should have gone higher as he really seemed to despise me, purely because I was a woman out alone.

I'm amazed that they want you to go head-to-head with this guy, esp. as he know where you live. I don't blame the other women for not wanting to face him.
Ask if you can give a statement without him there, and that they must guarantee your anonymity.

Well done! DP is a taxi driver and idiots like 'your' one give them a bad name as a whole. DP is a great driver who has people ringing the office to say thanks for such a nice man who helps with shopping/children/wheelchairs etc.
