At once…Is this normal?

I’m not in the U.K., but wanted to see if this was a normal occurrence. Sat on my balcony at maybe 7.45/7 ish this evening and in the sky, so many lights darting across in a line, maybe five or six but pretty close together. Showed Dh and he said it was planes and the trails from them. But I’ve honestly never seen so many at once in the distance at the same time
Is this weird 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ok thanks, thought was rubbish, must be the conditions in the sky then, strange I’ve never noticed to that degree before

We had the red arrows fly over our house today, I knew they were coming but some of our neighbours thought the Russians were coming and shit themselves!!
I've become a bit of plane spotter since lockdown, I've got to check planes on flight radar 24, the amount of foreign military planes that go over Scotland is surprising!

I also love looking at flightradar24. You can see all sorts on there. Private jets from Switzerland to remote Canadian reservations, a few years ago before Ukraine kicked off it was drones flying endlessly over the black sea, lots and LOTS of private planes from west Africa to Brazil, small aircraft between Colombia and Venezuela, across the closed land border ... in Antarctic summer you can see flights from there to Argentina. I even saw the Antarctic salvage people arriving, couple of years back.
