can kids not be kids?

From about age 13 i started playing with makeup and having a lot of fun. It was the 80s, I'm sure i didn't do a good job (i still don't, kids today are soooo much more skilled) but it was fun. I wasn't trying to look sexy, or who knows what i was trying to do, but i was having fun.

It is probably too expensive for most teenagers, but a lot of expensive brands market to teens. They may get the odd item for Christmas, and then in the future when they have more money they have that aspirational brand in mind that they want to spend on.

I would assume its aimed for older teens

School goes all the way to 16 and 18 for many.

Not all offers are aimed at primary age DC
