Oh, and I'm peri-menopausal btw. I do get night sweats occasionally too, but always freezing when I go to bed.

I’m in Cumbria and it has been really cold, yesterday and today were/are okay though.

Its not fleece weather in East Anglia. A jumper to stroll around the block at 9pm last night, yes. But a duvet in the house is quite sufficient!

yes in the UK. in Birmingham. but I do tend to feel more cold than others
