Sorry posting for traffic

anyone work there? What’s it like culture wise? Anyone know what Mat pay is like, pensions etc? I’ve asked and been told basically can find out on joining (mat pay wise) and I don’t want to press it too much as worried it might hinder me job wise

I can't check as not at work this week but from memory they do enhanced maternity pay and it may well be 26 weeks full pay.

Pressed send too soon — Pension I believe they double your contribution, up to 10%.

That’s helpful! Do they contribute a set amount too?

what would you say culture is like? Do you know how long you’ve got to have worked before getting the full mat pay?

Sorry, no idea - I work for another Bank but did research before reviewing our benefits :)

Can you try the Glass Door website?

My DH works there. He thinks the culture is really good, supportive and inclusive. Full maternity pay for 16 weeks, then SMP, and you have to have worked there for 6 months by 15 weeks before the start of your maternity leave (ie they don’t pay it in full if you’re pregnant before you join, I suppose that means). Pension is very good; you pay 5%, they pay 10%. HTH, good luck!

Where do you work? some places seem more visible than others

where I am right now is a bugger to move up and get a salary increase of a sizeable amount but it’s 6 monthS mat as long as you’ve done 40weeks service prior to going off. 10% pension and marches up to 7%

A teeny place - PM me if East Mids is of interest.

But yeah, we go 26 weeks full pay Maternity followed by 13 weeks SMP as long as you've got 26 weeks service at 15 weeks before due date. Pension is EE 3% and ER 10%, salary sacrifice. 30 days holiday plus BH.
