Ballet school owners child always the star?

I know I am being unreasonable here really, but what would others think?
My DD does dance classes. For fun and I don't actually expect her to be a ballerina etc.
But the dance school is owned by someone with children of a similar age ( primary school age).
Her children obviously do all the classes etc.
Her son mucks around a lot in ballet. But hay he is little and that's fine. My DD moans about him being a pain though but he is still always front and center at shows with the big parts.
But Teachers DD is practically the face of the school. Every show she has all the best parts, every Instagram post etc etc. I have just seen on social media a little show that some children have done and of course the star was the teachers child (again). (we are talking about a 9 year old to be really clear)
The last big show they had multiple parents muttering about it being the teachers child's show. We are talking solo's and all taking , singing parts.
They have also mucked up the prep for a ballet grade exam and suddenly wanting to do the prep during the working day in school holidays!! ( not possible for working parents, those on holiday etc) so this is colouring my view somewhat.

So I basically feel all should have a chance to have a leading part occasionally. Is that unreasonable?

You're not unreasonable at all, but it won't change. You can't only decide whether you want to put up with it or get out now.

I’m surprised you’ve stayed this long to be honest. Are there any other ballet / dance schools within a reasonable distance?

It's her business to run as she likes.

You're the customer who is free to take their business elsewhere.

If I were you I'd start looking at other ballet schools.

You need to leave and make it clear to the owner why you’re taking your child elsewhere. That you want them to have fair and equal opportunity in shoes etc and for you not to be paying in order for your child to be a backup dancer to their daughter.

If enough parents do that the penny will drop eventually.

Other than give honest feedback and/or go elsewhere there is nothing else to be done.

You are the customer. Tell her how you feel.
